Ιn this project, TRIAS SA undertook the upgrade/update of EGNATIA ODOS traffic model; this update was deemed essential, since a decade had passed since the development of the previous traffic model. The new traffic model development was an elaborate project, the basic activities of which included:

• Current situation analysis and Definition of the Framewok the new model would operate in

• New traffic model system planning

• Design and execution of Road-side Surveys and Traffic Counts

• Data Analysis and Processing/New Traffic Model framing

• Alternative Scenarios Build-up and Traffic Model runs
